Delivery Information

Upon receipt of your order, we'll will contact you by either telephone or email to arrange a convenient delivery date. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail's Parcelforce to the delivery address shown in your Paypal Order Form. It's important that this address is accurate.

Deliveries can be made to your home or work place.

We'll endeavour to deliver your painting as soon as possible, however, please allow the following times for delivery:

UK: up to 10 working days
Europe: up to 15 working days
Overseas: up to 28 working days

We will email you to let you know that the painting has been shipped to you

All artworks are packaged securely with plenty of bubble wrap and cardboard to avoid damage in transit.

The P+P is included in the cost of the painting for deliveries in the UK. Please Contact Elin to get details of P+P if you live outside of the UK

Returned Goods

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with the goods received, please notify Elin Bjorsvik in writing within 14 working days of receipt.

We recommend that returned goods are returned by Recorded Delivery as we cannot refund goods that are lost in the post.

For complete peace of mind, Elin Bjorsvik offers a 14 day no-risk and no-hassle money back guarantee in the unlikelihood you are not entirely happy with your order and wish to return the painting for any reason.

The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer. Any cash will be paid back within 14 days of Elin having received the artwork(s) back.

Acrylic paintings

Paintings created with acrylics have a fantastic brightness which make colours appear more vivid, resulting in a remarkable three-dimensional effect. These original paintings do not require any additional framing and the canvas is about 38mm deep.

Elin's paintings are all painted on box canvas with acrylic paint. These are original works of art (and therefore more expensive than posters, prints or commercially printed canvases).

As this is original paintings, there will only be one piece of each painting availble for sale
